Ingredients
85 g thin-stemmed broccoli
½ orange juice
1 tbsp chopped flat-leaf parsley
140 g ready to eat spelt
140 g hot smoked trout, flaked
large handful watercress
Method
- Steam the broccoli for 3 mins until al dente. Mix together the orange juice, parsley and spelt, then top with the broccoli, trout and watercress.
