425 g can Sirena tuna in spring water, drained and flaked
2 cups milk
1 cup self-raising flour
1 onion, finely diced
440 g can sweet corn kernels, drained
2 cups grated tasty cheese
½ cup chopped parsley
- Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan forced). Lightly grease a 6-cup capacity casserole dish with cooking spray. Spread tuna evenly over the base of the dish.
- Whisk eggs and milk in a large bowl. Add flour, onion, corn, cheese and parsley. Season with salt and pepper and mix well to combine. Pour over the tuna.
- Bake for 40 min or until mixture is set. Serve with a mixed garden salad.
