Authorities have announced an urgent milk recall on a popular type of milk sold at Woolworths, IGA and other stores in Victoria.
The recall is due to ‘a processing failure associated with pasteurization’, which could lead to serious food safety issues. As a result, customers have been warned to check their fridges and not consume the milks in question.
The following products have been recalled:
* Gippsland Jersey Full Cream Milk Batch 1907033 Use by 29/07/2019
* Gippsland Jersey Light Milk Batch 1907034 Use by 29/07/2019
