Ingredients
½ x 1kg box frozen vegetable dumplings
¹/³ cup oyster sauce
2 tsps hot chilli sauce, plus extra to serve
1 tblsp vegetable oil
1 bunch gai lan (Chinese broccoli), chopped
200g snow peas, trimmed
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 bunch bok choy, trimmed
Steamed brown rice and toasted sesame seeds, to serve

Cook 20 dumplings according to pan-fry directions on box.

Meanwhile, combine sauces in a jug. Mix well.

Heat oil in a large wok over a high heat. Add gai lan, snow peas and garlic. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add bok choy. Stir-fry for a further 1 minute, or until vegetables are just tender.

Add sauce mixture to vegetables in wok. Bring to boil. Toss to coat. Remove.

Serve dumplings and vegetables with rice and extra chilli sauce. Sprinkle sesame seeds over vegetables.
