125 g dried hokkien noodles
1 large carrot peeled, coarsely grated
1 large zucchini coarsely grated
1 cup frozen peas (125 g)
2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds to garnish
- Prepare noodles according to packet directions. Drain.
- Heat a lightly oiled non-stick frying pan over a high heat. Add vegetables. Cook, stirring, for about 2 minutes, or until just tender.
- Add drained noodles and combined sauces. Stir until hot.
- Serve noodles garnished with sesame seeds.
