Ingredients
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tblspn parsley, chopped
1 camembert wheel
1/2 tblspn rosemarry, chopped
1/2 tblspn dried apricots, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1 Tiger bread loaf
Salt and pepper
Method

Place butter, garlic and parsley in a bowl and mix well.

Remove the top off the camembert wheel and sprinkle the rosemary, apricot and olive oil over the top of the cheese. Place lid of camembert back on top.

Measure a circular shape in the centre of the tiger bread loaf, using the camembert wheel as a guide. Hollow out the circle snap, so that the camembert wheel fits snugly inside. Hollow tiger bread and place camembert inside.

Cut the remainder of tiger bread lengthways and pour butter mixture into the bread slices.

Place on baking tray and bake 200c for 10-15 minutes.
