Ingredients
1 bunch watercress
100 g salad mix
4 thinly sliced radishes
½ sliced red onion
⅓ cup balsamic dressing
⅓ cup toasted pecans
Method
- Pick the stems from 1 bunch watercress. Toss in a bowl with 100g salad mix, 4 thinly sliced radishes, ½ sliced red onion and ⅓ cup balsamic dressing. Garnish with toasted pecans.
