Australian tea specialists from Old Barrel Tea Company have just released Batch No 001 Jin Xuan online. The tea has been aged in a barrel for 67 days to create a heady, boozy whisky aroma and tropical fruit flavour.
It comes with the genius tasting note to enjoy it paired with cheese (we recently learned this is actually a brilliant way to enjoy any type of tea!)
The Jin Xuan oolong has been sourced from an award-winning tea garden in Taiwan.
