180 g block white cooking chocolate
500 g cherries
¼ cup pistachios, finely chopped
- Melt chocolate in a large, heatproof bowl sitting over a saucepan of simmering water, stirring until smooth. Remove bowl from heat.
- Working with one cherry at a time and holding it by the stem, dip it into chocolate to come halfway up the side. Then dip one side of cherry in nuts.
- Place on an oven tray lined with baking paper. Refrigerate until set.
