500 g fresh cherries, stalks intact
200 g white chocolate melts
- Line an oven tray with baking paper. Put white chocolate melts into a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water, stirring occasionally for 4-5 minutes until melted. Do not let the base of the bowl touch the water.
- Dip cherries halfway in the chocolate and leave to harden on prepared tray. Try coating the cherries in crushed peanuts, pistachios, or drizzling in extra chocolate. Serve.
