250 g thawed frozen strawberries
750 ml chilled sauvignon blanc
2.5 L chilled lime soda water
1 lime sliced
- Blend thawed strawberries in a blender until smooth. Push puree through a sieve into a small jug. Pour sauvignon blanc and lime soda water into a large bowl. Stir in puree and set aside for 5 minutes for the bubbles to settle. Pour the spritzer between 2 large serving jugs. Add 1 sliced lime to each jug. Pour into tall glasses to serve.
