250g block Whittaker’s Tip Top Jelly Tip Chocolate
1/3 cup pure cream
½ cup raspberry-flavoured vodka
½ cup ice cubes
1½ cups vanilla ice-cream
Cut two rows crossways, off the block of chocolate. Cut each of those rows in half lengthways to give four sticks.
Coarsely chop the remaining chocolate. Place in a microwave-safe bowl. Add cream.
Microwave on High (100%), stirring every 15 seconds, for about 40 to 50 seconds, or until melted and smooth. Remove. Cool for 5 minutes.
Combine vodka, ice and ice-cream in a blender. Set aside 2 tablespoons of the melted chocolate mixture. Add remaining mixture to blender. Blend until smooth.
To serve, pour cocktail evenly into glasses. Drizzle with reserved chocolate mixture. Decorate with chocolate sticks
