‘To make, steam chopped cauliflower until tender. Add to a food processor with 1 tbsp of olive oil, 1 ½ cups of gluten free flour and 1 tsp of salt. Blitz until a dough is formed. Using a teaspoon shape into mini rectangles and lightly pan fry on each side until golden. Try it with pasta sauce, spinach and parmesan for a tasty GF dinner!’
They also add that you can use normal flour if you’re not looking for a gluten-free dish. Yummmm!
