It just doesn't get any easier - or yummier! - than this super-easy, no-churn sorbet!
1 pineapple, peeled and cut into small pieces
1/4 cup cold water
1/4 cup caster sugar
Line a baking tray with baking paper and place pineapple pieces in an even flat later. Freeze until completely solid.
Add frozen pineapple pieces to a blender and add water and sugar. Blitz until well combined. Place in a takeaway container and seal with lid, then freeze for 2 hours. Serve.
