580g white choc melts, melted in microwave in 30 second bursts
2 tablespoons Crackling Candy
Green, orange and purple food colouring gel
Two handfuls of Halloween lollies - snakes, frogs, sour worms, Gob Stoppers and Jaffas.
Line a baking tray with baking paper. Pour melted chocolate onto tray. Use the back of a spoon to spread it out evenly over the tray.
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon Crackling Candy over white chocolate
Drizzle green, orange and purple colouring gel randomly over the chocolate. Then use a wooden skewer and a knife to mix into the white chocolate to create a marbling effect.
Scatter Halloween lollies over the chocolate. Then top with rest of Crackling Candy.
Stand at room temperature until set. When set, break chocolate bark into large pieces and serve. Boo!
