You just can't get it any easier than this!
1 lime, juiced
2 cups frozen mango
1/2 cup coconut yoghurt
Desiccated coconut and lime zest to serve (optional)
Place lime juice, frozen mango and coconut yoghurt into a blender and blitz until smooth.
Serve in bowls, topped with a light sprinkle of coconut and lime zest.
