We’ve never met someone who didn’t like Creme Brûlée. And we’ve never met anyone who didn’t love a doughnut.
So imagine our ABSOLUTE excitement when we saw that one Gold Coast cafe had come up with the INGENIOUS idea of combining the two?!

Paddock Cafe - located in Miami on the Gold Coast - is the brains behind the Creme Brûlée Doughnut, which just might be the greatest invention ever.
The cafe - which is a favourite of big name Hollywood stars including Hugh Jackman and Margot Robbie - make the treats by cutting the top off a huge doughnut ball, topping it with lashings of Creme Brûlée custard, dousing it with sugar and then crisping up the top with a blow torch. YUM.
The result is much the same as a regular Creme Brûlée - you crack open the top of the doughnut to find lots of gooey custard underneath, nestled on a bed of doughnut.
And we’re done. Now the only question is, who’s booking flights to the Gold Coast with us?!
