‘500g of chicken mince, pre made garlic butter. Divide the mince into portions (I did 6) flatten the portions out insert a disk of garlic butter and manipulate the mince around the garlic butter to seal it in, roll in panko crumbs or for the ketoers roll in pork crackle crumb.
Place into pm [Pie Maker] (no oil) and cook for about 5 minutes then flip over until golden brown.’
